translation:
Dear corageous ones, the
miserable deserter Misiano, the vile vituperator
of Fiume and of the Great Adriatic Caus, tries to enter the
city to do works of sibilance and betrayal.
We
won't stand that the city be contaminated with such dirt.
I abbandon to you the desrter and
betrayer Misiano, deputy to the National Parliament.
Hunt after him, and
inflict upon him the immediate castigation, incold blood.
This is an order. I avenge
audaciously its weight and honor.
