The cause which accused Amadei Livio, born in 1898 and who has been
arrested on April 27th, 1938, and that up to this
date has worked as a director of Odessa's International Club, has been reviewed by the Moscow
Regional Military Court on July 27th 1957. The sentence,
formulated by three judges of the NKVD from the province of Odessa, on
September 23rd, 1938, concerning Amadei Livio, has been nulled and his
files have been archived because there are no crimes. Amadei Livio
has been rehabilitated post-mortem.
